Summary
Kimberley is a Partner in the employment team. She has significant experience acting for a range of clients including corporate entities, Local Authorities and educational establishments. Kimberley works with employers on a wide range of legal issues including business disposals and acquisitions, restructures, individual and collective redundancy matters, day to day employment law issues and advice regarding post termination matters as well as designing and delivering bespoke training sessions on an array of HR and employment issues.
Specialisms
Kimberley has particular experience in corporate support work, dealing with TUPE issues on a business disposal or acquisition, out sourcing and second generation transfer, redundancy advice in respect of an employer’s legal obligations, issues in relation to Employment Tribunal Claims and drafting of service agreement and restrictive covenants. Kimberley specialises in GDPR and also works in partnership with employers to up-skill staff in dealing with HR matters.
Background
Kimberley re-joined Napthens in 2010 from the employment team of DLA Piper. She undertook her law degree at Durham University and studied her LPC at the College of Law Chester and qualified as a solicitor in 2007.

Kimberley is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and speaks fluent Dutch.
