David Hill heads up Napthens' East Lancs commercial property team based in Blackburn. He handles a wide variety of property matters ranging from buying and selling unincorporated bank financed businesses, handling commercial and residential development sites, through to landlord and tenant issues.
Specialisms
David acts for a broad mix of clients from large corporates including a large plc brewery through to individual investors. He has particular expertise in landlord and tenant issues and specialises in advising clients in the leisure industry and construction industry sectors.
Background
David joined Napthens in 1997 and became partner in 2002, having trained in Greater London and at Guildford Law School. Born and bred on the Fylde coast, David attended King Edward school before heading south to take his Law Degree. He has an Advanced Certification in Commercial Leases.
