Summary
Ian is the CEO of Napthens, responsible for the development and implementation of the firm’s strategic opportunities. Since joining the firm Ian has overseen the development of improved financial planning and control techniques and created a culture of long term strategic thinking for the benefit of the firm and its clients.
Redefining and implementing clear management and leadership structures and skills to meet the current demands of the legal sector has been a major achievement of Ian’s role. This has helped to underpin the development of a culture and client proposition to address the historic culture found in many traditional law firms.
Napthens now represents a stable business platform, well positioned to deliver highly flexible solutions to a broad range of clients’ requirements as their needs change and evolve.
Background
Ian joined Napthens in 2008 following a successful career at RBS where he headed up the corporate team for both the RBS and NatWest brands covering Preston and the Fylde Coast. With his in-depth knowledge of the local marketplace Ian helped the team develop significant growth for the bank by developing a high profile and focusing on first class service delivery.
Born and brought up in the Preston area, Ian lives in Hoghton, just outside Preston. He is married with two young sons and enjoys spending as much time as he can with his family.
