We provide a free initial consultation during which we will provide you with detailed information on the costs involved in your case.

We understand you will want to budget for the cost of work and to assist you with this, we offer fixed fees for a range of services, subject to an initial assessment of your case.

Why fixed fee?

• Certainty for you about the costs involved
• Pay for the outcome you require – not the time taken by your lawyer

What if a fixed fee is not appropriate?
If a fixed fee isn’t suitable for your particular situation, then we will provide an estimate for the work to be completed based upon hourly rates:

• £198 + VAT for a partner
• £144 + VAT for other legal staff

For a Divorce (if you are the Petitioner)
If the divorce is undefended our fixed fee is £495 + VAT (£99) + Court fees (£385)

For a Divorce (if you are the Respondent)
Our fixed fee is £250 + VAT (£50)

Separation Agreement
Our fixed fee is £750 + VAT (£150)

Pre-Nuptial Agreement
Our fixed fee is £1,200 + VAT (£240)

Children Disputes
Our fixed fee is £750 + VAT (£150) + Court fee
Additional fee £500 + VAT for attendance at first Court appointment (up to ½ day)

Financial Settlements / Pensions / Property
Our fixed fee for preparing a Consent Order is £2,000 + VAT (£400) + Court fee

Where it is not possible to reach an early agreement, we offer a fixed fee for work up to and including a First Directions Appointment at £3,000 + VAT (£600) + Court fee + experts’ fees

For work up to and including a Financial Dispute Resolution we offer a fixed fee of £5,000 + VAT (£1000) + Court fee + experts’ fees
