Victoria acts for clients on a range of corporate matters including acquisitions, disposals, private equity investments, general constitutional and shareholder arrangements, LLP members’ arrangements and general commercial contracts. She has particular experience of acting for private limited companies, owner managed businesses and individual shareholders together with recent experience of acting for PLC clients on acquisitions.

Background
Victoria joined Napthens in 2009 having previously worked for DWF in Preston. She joined DWF in 2002 and trained there, joining their corporate department in 2004. Having been brought up and educated in the North West, Victoria lives in Bolton.

How do you like to relax out of work?
Watching (pretty much every) sport but particularly football – season ticket holder at Bolton Wanderers FC. I also enjoy going to the gym and playing tennis – and holidays in hot sunny places.

Anything by Louis De Bernieres but particularly Captain Corelli’s Mandolin/ Weekend at Bernies or Top Gun/Too varied to explain but Juno soundtrack is a good starting point.
