Summary

Stacey provides advice on all aspects of employment law. She works closely with employers to provide day to day HR advice on a range of workplace issues such as disciplinary and grievance procedures, managing poor performance and absence, dealing with misconduct and contractual disputes. Stacey also advises companies on how to protect their interests through effective use of covenants and confidentiality provisions. She reviews and drafts contracts of employment, policies and procedures, consultancy agreements and compromise agreements.
