Summary
Sarah heads up the Napthens' residential property team. Based in the Preston office she runs a team of specialist staff, spread across the firm's offices. As well as overall management of the residential property service, Sarah advises clients on residential property transactions and is experienced in dealing with a broad range of residential property matters including sale, purchase and remortgage work.
Specialisms
Sarah has experience in advising both tenants and landlords on leasehold properties and in particular enfranchisement issues such as lease extensions, purchase of freehold and right to manage. She also advises landlords and tenants in the drafting and entering into residential tenancy agreements.
Background
Sarah joined Napthens in 2009. She studied law at the University of Hull and completed the Legal Practice Course at York College of Law. Sarah qualified in 2004 at the Manchester based firm Lawson Coppock & Hart. She was promoted to Head of Residential Property in 2011.
