Summary
Rob specialises in company and business acquisitions and disposals, usually for companies with a turnover of at least £5 million. He has experience in advising on management buyouts and company reorganisations, especially when dealing with venture capitalists and alternative funding arrangements. He regularly advises banks and other funders providing acquisition finance, advising lender's on security documentation.
Specialisms
In addition to corporate work, Rob specialises in advising companies and businesses providing credit under the Consumer Credit Act 1974. In particular he advises on drafting and advising on consumer credit loan agreements and hire purchase agreements on behalf of lenders.
Background
Rob joined Napthens in 2003 and became a partner in 2010. He studied at the College of Law in York. Rob lives in Preston.
