Prema is a member of Napthens’ Wills & Estate Planning team and is based at the Preston office. She deals mainly in the administration of estates from taking initial instructions, collating asset information, preparation and submission of Inland Revenue forms and the paperwork relating to an application for a Grant of Probate, collecting in and distribution of the estate. Background
Prema originally joined Roscoes Solicitors in 1991 and became a member of Napthens following a merger in 2006. She originally studied in India, graduating with a degree in English Literature before moving to Scotland, where she worked in a support role in a solicitor’s office. After joining Roscoes she completed her law degree at UCLAN and the ILEX course at Preston College. She was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2001. She lives in Fulwood, Preston with her husband and has one daughter.

Helping clients, who generally come in distressed and confused after a bereavement, to sort out their affairs and finally develop the confidence to carry on with the rest of their life.
