Summary
Kimberley is a solicitor in the employment team. She has experience acting for a range of clients including: corporate entities, Local Authorities and educational establishments. Kimberley works with employers on a wide range of legal issues including business disposals and acquisitions and day to day employment law issues, as well as designing and delivery both external and internal training on an array of HR and employment issues.
Specialisms
Kimberley has particular experience in corporate support work, dealing with TUPE issues on a business disposal or acquisition, out sourcing and second generation transfer; redundancy advice in respect of an employer’s legal obligations, mass equal pay litigation, issues in relation to Employment Tribunal Claims, drafting of service agreement and restrictive covenants.
Background
Kimberley re-joined the firm in April 2010 from DLA Piper where she was part of their employment team. Kimberley carried out her law degree at Durham University and studied her LPC at the College of Law Chester.

Kimberley is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and speaks fluent Dutch.
