Summary
Jenny is the business development executive for the residential property department. Although based in the Chorley office, Jenny’s role is varied and much of her time is spent out of the office meeting referrers of work. These include estate agents, mortgage brokers and financial advisers. She co-ordinates and supports agents and advisers in using Napthens’ on-line systems which allow referrers to access quotations, instruct Napthens to act on behalf of their clients and to receive automated case updates.
Specialisms
Jenny’s background in estate agency ensures a better understanding of the agent’s role and she is therefore able to develop a stronger relationship between the agent and solicitor, ultimately providing a more rounded service to the client.
Jenny is extremely client focused and heads up the new business team where all new enquiries, quotations and instructions for the residential property department are received, many via on-line systems.
Background
Jenny worked for a local estate agency for a number of years as a branch manager before moving to Wallwork & Company as conveyancer in 2003. As the firm expanded, Jenny took on the role of business development executive and following the merger with Napthens, has developed the role to cover a much wider geographical area.
Born and brought up in Leyland, Jenny now lives in Euxton, just outside Chorley. She is married with two children.
