Jane’s expertise includes advising companies and lenders in connection with the restructuring of businesses, to avoid the need for formal insolvency procedures. If a form of insolvency procedure becomes necessary, then Jane can advise on the best procedure to be followed to realise the best return for creditors.

Jane has over twenty years experience in the field of business recovery. Whilst the focus of her work is advising in connection with non-contentious insolvency, she also has experience of contentious insolvency matters including handling insolvency related court applications and recovery work. She also advises suppliers and other creditors in distressed situations, looking for a commercial outcome.
