David works in the personal injury department and handles a wide variety of personal injury matters for clients, assisting people who have been involved in accidents at work, trips and slips and road traffic accidents.
He also assists the partners with more complex matters as and when required.
Specialisms
David has worked closely with victims of bicycle and motorcycle accidents in the past and has a particular interest in dealing with such claims. He also enjoys a challenging case.
Background
David graduated from Lancaster University in 2005 with a Law degree and has since completed the Legal Practice Course at Lancashire Law School in 2010.
Before joining Napthens in 2010, David worked for a personal injury practice in Southport dealing mainly with motorcycle accident victims, and from there spent 2 years at Turner Pearson handling a range of personal injury matters, in particular cases involving cyclists involved in road traffic accidents.
