Senior Partner and highly experienced property lawyer, Andrew specialises in commercial property transactions and planning for major clients including a regional supermarket operator and a national pub chain, handling the development of new sites, planning advice, appeals and inquiries.
Specialisms
Andrew acts for a number of offshore property owning companies and trusts. He also acts for a leading promoter of theatrical shows and TV programmes. He has been the legal advise for major West End productions including 'We Will Rock You', 'Tonight's the Night', 'Acorn Antiques' and the tour of 'Little Britain'.
Background
After reading Law at Cambridge University, Andrew joined Houghton Craven and Dickson in 1971, becoming a partner in 1973. The firm merged with Napthens in 1990. Until recently Andrew was a member of Napthens’ Executive Committee.

How do you like to relax out of work?
I continue to frighten myself racing historic racing cars and have been a member of Royal Lytham Golf Club for more years than I am prepared to admit.
