Amanda is a member of the residential property team based in the Preston office. She advises clients on all aspects of residential property matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.

Amanda has particular expertise in residential development work, representing large national house builders and local property developers on new house sales and acquisition and resale of part exchange properties.
Background
Amanda joined Napthens in 2011 from the commercial property department of Haworth & Nuttall in Blackburn. Previous roles include working in private practice for large Manchester city centre firms and working in-house for large property developers including Persimmon Homes. Amanda qualified as Fellow of Ilex in 1996 following study in Manchester and Salford University.
