Wendy Newbury - Partner

Wendy joined Roscoes as an Assistant Solicitor in the commercial property team in Blackburn in January 2000. Before then she had worked in Sheffield and Leeds for Nabarro Nathanson, Eversheds and Pinsents. She became a Partner in January 2003.

Wendy went to Westholme School, Blackburn and then to Trent Polytechnic Nottingham, where she obtained her Law Degree and to Chester College of Law to obtain her Law Society Finals.

Wendy qualified in 1991 and has a wide range of experience in commercial property matters and has acted for many corporate, commercial and property clients.

Wendy’s spare time is taken up by looking after her young son, Oliver, but she also enjoys skiing, travelling, cooking and socialising with her husband, Gary.
