Victoria Bromiley - Solicitor, Corporate

Blackburn based Victoria handles a broad range of corporate matters including mergers, acquisitions, shareholder arrangements, LLP members' arrangements, company re-organisations, private equity (acting for management teams and private equity houses) and general commercial contracts. She has particular experience in acting for owner managed businesses and private limited companies, with clients including individual shareholders and management teams and has gained specialist expertise in the motor dealership sector (including assisting in the sale of the Vantage motor dealership group).

Victoria joined Napthens in 2009 from DWF in Preston. She joined DWF (then Ricksons) straight from college, having trained there and worked within the corporate department since 2004. She qualified in 2005.

Victoria is from Bolton and is a keen fan of Bolton Wanderers FC, having held a season ticket for over 10 years. Her other interests include playing tennis and enjoying relaxing holidays in the sun!
