Simon Gledhill - Head of Family Department

Simon heads up the family team at Napthens. He has specialised in family law since 1988 and is a member of the Law Society Children Panel and the Advanced Family Law Panel, specialising in the financial aspects of family breakdown and complex children matters.

Simon was educated at Fleetwood Grammar School, Leeds University and Chester Law College before returning to Blackpool to do his Articles with Cuddy, Woods & Cochrane. He became a partner in 1983.

Simon is a former “Preston Amateur Sportsman of the Year”. He played rugby for Preston Grasshoppers and Fleetwood and local league cricket for Poulton. More recently he has turned to golf with very mixed results. Simon is married to a Crown Prosecutor and has two daughters.
