Simon England - Solicitor

Simon joined Napthens in 2005 as a Trainee Solicitor. He studied Business Law and Marketing at the University of Stirling and completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Chester.

Since qualification in March 2007, Simon has worked in Napthens' expanding commercial property team. Simon acts for a wide range of clients and deals with many aspects of commercial property including landlord and tenant issues, estate matters and acquisitions and disposals of real estate (freehold and leasehold) and other assets (including boats and yachts). Simon also provides advice in respect of security on real estate and other assets (including Amanah and Marine finance) as well as handling some corporate matters such as the sale and purchase of businesses.

Simon enjoys most sports, particularly mountain biking, football and is a keen supporter of Preston North End."
