Simon Ainsworth - Head of Private Client Division

Simon is head of our Private Client Division which includes the Residential Conveyancing and Probate, Wills and Trusts Administration Departments. Simon specialises in residential property and runs a team of around 40 specialist staff, spread across three centralised conveyancing units. The department provides a high quality, localised, personal conveyancing service using progressive case management software and web-based applications, including online quotation and instruction processes, web-based case-tracking for clients and introducers of work and supported by fully integrated customer relationship management software.

Simon studied law at the University of Leicester and then the College of Law in Chester. He qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and became a partner at Wallwork & Company (who have recently merged with Napthens) in 1999.

Away from the office, he enjoys playing and watching football (he is a devout Liverpool fan) and golf (although he admits he could do with a few lessons)
