Roger Spence - Solicitor

Roger studied law at the University of Dundee before completing the Legal Practice Course at College of Law, Chester. He qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and joined Napthens in January 2007. Roger is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

Roger advises on a broad spectrum of employment law matters and predominantly acts for business clients. He deals with Employment Tribunal claims and non-contentious work such as issues that arise as a result of acquisitions, preparation of employment contracts, policies, procedures and severance agreements. Roger frequently presents seminars to clients on employment law topics.

Outside work, Roger plays rugby. He also enjoys travelling and skiing.
