Robert Kipling - Head of Operations

Robert joined Napthens in 1999, initially to obtain the ISO9000 accreditation for the firm, but was asked to stay on as the Practice Manager after the successful completion of that project.

With many years people management experience behind him following a successful career in the Royal Air Force, now the Head of Operations, Robert manages all non-legal aspects of the firm's operation.

In his spare time he enjoys keeping fit and is a competitive member of Wyre agility club, where he trains and competes with his two Border Collies.
