Richard Clithero - Solicitor, Commercial Property

Richard is based at our Blackburn office and handles a wide range of commercial property matters including commercial leases, the acquisition and sale of commercial properties, secured lending and corporate support work. Richard's clients range from large companies and national operators to private individuals and sole traders. He works across a variety of industry sectors and has particular interest and expertise in property matters relating to the leisure industry and licensed trade.

Richard joined the firm in 2005. He studied law at the University of Leicester and worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Manchester prior to joining the firm.

Richard enjoys travelling, preferably to destinations that are as exotic and far-flung as possible. He is also a keen footballer and a season ticket holder at Preston North End.
