Martin Long - Partner
Martin attended St. Joseph’s College, Blackpool before reading law at Leeds University and the College of Law, Chester.
After starting his legal career in 1979 as a trainee solicitor with Roscoe Lynn & Co in Preston, he moved to Cuddy, Woods & Cochrane, Blackpool in 1982 and became a partner in 1983. His career has therefore turned “full circle” as Napthens subsequently merged with Roscoes and Martin has rejoined some of his former colleagues.
Martin became a partner in Napthens upon its merger with Cuddy Woods & Cochrane and he specialises in commercial property.
Martin plays squash regularly, golf infrequently and played rugby for Thornton Cleveleys RUFC for many years.
He lives in Poulton-le-Fylde with his wife and three children.
