Martin Beardsworth - Partner, Head of Commercial Property

Based at Napthens' Blackpool office, Martin Beardsworth heads up the Commercial Property department. He handles general commercial property matters for clients including landlord and tenant issues and has advised niche property developers, retailers and industrial estate owners. Martin has particular experience in the caravan and holiday park sector and is a member of the British Holiday & Home Parks Association Ltd (BH&HPA) on behalf of Napthens.

Martin began his career in Manchester as a criminal lawyer. He moved to Cuddy Woods & Cochrane in 2002 becoming a partner in 2003. Martin was educated at Baines Grammar School and Blackpool Sixth Form College, where he was awarded “Law Student of the Year”. He read Law at Manchester University and completed his professional qualifications at the College of Law in York.

Martin is a keen sportsman and a former County badminton player. He has two young daughters and lives on the Fylde.
