Kathryn Harwood - Partner, Head of Wills & Estate Planning

Kathryn joined Napthens at the beginning of 2003 as an Assistant Solicitor within our Wills & Probate Department and became a Partner with the Firm in April 2007. Kathryn now heads up the department and specialises in the preparation of Wills, with particular emphasis on Estate Planning. Kathryn read Law at Durham University before completing her legal training at Guilford College of Law.

Kathryn is a member of the internationally recognised Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and specialises in inheritance tax planning. She is also a member for Solicitors for the Elderly which works to meet the unique needs of elderly clients.

In 2009, Kathryn was named Professional of the Year at the Downtown Preston Lancashire Business Awards.
