John Eatough - Partner

Blackburn based John Eatough is a highly experienced commercial property lawyer, having worked in this field for over 35 years. His wide ranging experience includes high value acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters and secured lending instructions. He has particular expertise in the licensed trade and leisure sector, with considerable knowledge of liquor licensing law.

John was educated at St. Peters School, York and went on to qualify in 1971 after gaining a law degree from Manchester University.

He is married to a chartered accountant and has three grown up children. John enjoys all sports and played both cricket and football until age eventually caught up with him.
