Ian Leigh - Chief Executive

Ian Leigh joined Napthens as Chief Executive in early 2008. His arrival followed a successful career with the Royal Bank of Scotland where, most recently he headed up the Corporate Team for both RBS and Nat West banks covering Preston and the Fylde Coast. With his in-depth local knowledge, Ian helped the team deliver significant growth for the bank through developing a high profile and focusing on first class service delivery.

With this background experience, Ian's role within Napthens is to drive forward the firm's strategic direction and aid growth by continuing to meet and exceed the demands of the local marketplace in both the Private and Corporate sides of the firm, through delivery of oustanding legal services. As CEO Ian works closely with an Executive Board including Partners representing the Commercial and Private Client areas of the business, with support from HR, Marketing, Finance and Operations specialists.

Outside work the majority of Ian's time is spent with his wife and 2 sons watching most sports (but especially football and cricket) and playing golf to a 'reasonable' standard !
