Helen Lucking - Partner

Helen is a partner in the Family Department. She deals with all areas of family and matrimonial law and has a special interest in children matters. She is a member of the Law Society Children Panel and an Accredited Member of Resolution, the well respected association for family lawyers.

Helen was educated at Arnold School Blackpool and read Law at Nottingham University, before completing her legal training in Chester. She then joined Blackhursts Solicitors in Blackpool where she developed her interest in family law. She moved to Cuddy Woods and Cochrane in 2000, becoming a partner in 2005. She subsequently joined Napthens when the two firms merged in October 2007.

Helen is also the Treasurer of the Blackpool and Fylde Young Solicitors Group. Outside of work she is an accomplished musician.
