Helen Kernot - Solicitor, Wills & Estate Planning

Helen joined Napthens in 2009 working in the Wills and Estate Planning department at the Blackpool office.

Helen advises clients on Wills, personal estate planning, and estate administration through probate or intestacy. She can also advise on lifetime management of affairs through Lasting Powers of Attorney or Court of Protection applications. Helen is happy to attend clients at home or in hospital if necessary. 

Helen is a member of the internationally recognised Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). She studied Law at Lancaster University and during her time there was elected as President of the University Law Society. She completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Central Lancashire. Helen then completed her training contract with Coupe Bradbury of Lytham and remained there post qualification until joining Napthens.

Outside of work, Helen enjoys all areas of the performing arts, has appeared in numerous productions herself and a TV advert when she was younger! She also enjoys bike riding and socialising with friends.
