Eve Austin - Solicitor, Wills & Estate Planning

Eve joined Napthens in 2009 from Southport law firm Hodge Halsall, and has a keen interest in working with the elderly. Eve advises clients on Wills, trusts and estate planning, including estate and trust administration (probate and intestacy). Eve further advises on the managment of elderly clients' general affairs and with regard to general powers of attorney, lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection applications.

Eve studied for her law degree at the University of Central Lancashire, and qualified in 2005. She is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly, and is a student member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Eve enjoys socialising with family and friends, going to concerts, holidays in the sun, playing squash, and spending time in the garden relaxing and growing fruit and veg.
