David Hill - Head of Commercial Property Department

David has a wide range of Commercial Property experience including Property and Landlord & Tennant matters, Lease notices etc, large portfolio sales, and Acquisitions and Development Purchases and Sales.

Born and bred on the Fylde coast, David attended King Edward school before heading south to take his Law Degree at Essex and his finals at Guildford Law School. He joined a regional firm in Middlesex before joining Napthens in 1997, becoming an equity Partner in 2002. David quickly obtained an Advanced Certification in Commercial Leases

Resident in Lytham, David enjoys playing golf ( a poor handicap of 7 according to him) and is on the council of Fairhaven Golf Club. In his spare time he enjoys travelling with his wife Sarah and their aim is to visit a different capital city each year.
