Damian Baron - Partner

Damian specialises in all areas of family law especially those concerning the financial, property and business aspects of marital and relationship breakdown. He specialises in ancillary relief cases concerning business assets and other cases involving multi-million pound quantum. Damian also works closely with Napthens' rural business department to specialise in ancillary relief cases involving farming/agricultural assets.

Damian qualified in 1990 and became a partner 4 years later. He holds degrees in both Law and English and, Preston born and bred, has always practised in the Preston area. Damian is a member of the Law Society's Family Law Panel and also sits on the Appeal Panel of the Legal Services Commission.

A keen mountaineer, Damian also enjoys walking, football and foreign travel.
