Chris Boyle - Partner

Chris is head of Napthen's employment law team. Chris acts for business ranging from plcs to small owner-managed businesses dealing with general HR advice and Employment Tribunal claims including unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, breach of contract. Chris also deals with commercial agents disputes and High Court breach of contract claims. He also acts for employees and senior executives in employment tribunals and the High Court and negotiates severance packages when necessary.

Chris joined the practice in 2004 after qualifying in 2001 and became Partner in 2008. He passed his law school exams at Manchester Metropolitan University and shortly afterwards obtained a postgraduate diploma in Employment Law from the same University. Chris is a member of The Employment Association and presents seminars on various employment law topics.

Chris lives in Blackburn and his interests include football and cricket. He plays for and is the secretary of Ribchester Cricket Club.
