Andrew Holden - Solicitor

Andrew brings over 7 years' hands on experience, dealing with all types of land transactions, from simple sale/purchase of land and buildings, to more complex matters such as sales of businesses, wayleaves and easements and tenancy agreements. He also deals with Wills and trusts and conveyancing.

Andrew was born in the local area and has lived there since. He read law at the University of Central Lancashire and also trained in the region with a local firm dealing with all areas of law.

In his spare time Andrew plays football in 2 local leagues, and has recently taken up golf, however admits he will have little time for either now following the arrival of his second child.
