Andrew Ferguson - Partner

Senior Partner and highly experienced property lawyer, Andrew specialises in commercial property transactions and planning for major clients including a regional supermarket operator and a national pub chain, handling the development of new sites, planning advice, appeals and inquiries. Andrew acts for a number of offshore property owning companies and trusts. Andrew also acts for a leading promoter of theatrical shows and TV programmes. He has been the legal advisor for major West End productions including 'We Will Rock You', 'Tonight's the Night', 'Acorn Antiques' and the tour of 'Little Britain'.

After read law at Cambridge University Andrew joined Napthens in 1971 becoming a Partner in 1973.

Andrew is a member of Royal Lytham St Anne’s Golf Club, and he enjoys motor sport and gardening.
