Allan Sumner - Partner, Commercial Property

Preston-based Partner Allan Sumner has a wealth of Commercial Property experience.

He joined Napthens as a Trainee Solicitor in 1993, after reading History at Balliol College, Oxford and became a Partner in 2000. Allan acts for a variety of local and national clients including several prominent property developers. He has expertise in a wide range of property matters , from complex housing , retail and leisure developments, sale and leasebacks through to a niche specialism in acting for large rural Estates.His style is very practical and he is committed to getting the job done

Allan has a strong interest in wildlife and is the Honorary Secretary to the Lancashire Wildlife Trust. He also enjoys reading, travel, walking his Bassett hound Samantha and time with his family.
