Client feedback results

Your feedback about any aspect of our service is always welcome. Every month we send out questionnaires to a random selection of clients. Over the whole of 2010 we are delighted to say that 97% of our clients said that they would recommend Napthens.

In our latest monthly results in 2011 100% of respondents rated our service as Excellent or Good, with 100% saying they would recommend us to others.
